Returns Policy

Returning goods

You have 30 days of receipt of the goods to return items to us. All returned items must be unopened, undamaged and with all seals in tact. If the item looks as though it has been tampered with, used or opened we cannot accept a return. The reason for this is because we take our customers health and safety extremely seriously at and would never re-deliver an item to another customer which we feel may have been altered.

If, however, the product was damaged in transit please do email us and we will send a replacement or offer a full refund.


Cancellation of orders

If you have changed your mind about a purchase and we have not already sent your items then we will refund the full purchase price to your account. If the item has already been sent then please return it, unopened and in the same condition and packaging it was sent and a refund will be issued as soon as we have received the goods.


Lost orders

If your order never reaches you, we will send a replacement as soon as the Royal Mail confirm that the item is lost. If your order is damaged then a replacement will be sent immediately as your order is protected under the insurance we purchase for each deliver.

Please do contact the courier using the tracking information which will be sent to you in email form to investigate what may be happening with your order. If you're are unable to do so we will do this on your behalf. Please note that all deliveries are covered under the third parties terms and conditions.



All goods will have the relevant 'best before' or 'use by' date on them. We check all of these dates prior to dispatch but if you are sent an item which has expired or will likely expire before you able to use it in it's entirety we will send a replacement at no extra charge.
